You see a pcgs coin at a show that you like, but the holder is cracked on the seal, would you pass ?

This is not hypothetical, it happened to me at a minneapolis show last year. Beautifully toned lusterus type date shield nickle. The seam was partly split, i decided to pass, what would you do if you liked the coin but it wasn't a must have ? Les
The President claims he didn't lie about taxes for those earning less then $250,000 a year with public mandated health insurance yet his own justice department has said they will use the right of the government to tax when the states appeals go to court.

    Les,

    You can buy any PCGS coin from any PCGS dealer and if there is a problem either PCGS or the dealer will take care of you. For non-PCGS dealers there is some possibililty of a switched coin if the holder has been or looks like it may have been opened. Be careful with dealers you don't know. Buy with confidence from dealers you do know.
