Submissions question

I currently have 3 submissions in. When checking status on 2 of them, all I have to do is enter the submission number and hit enter to get my answer. On the other one, a box comes up asking for my zip code. Anyone have answer as to why this happens?...Ken

Duplicate submission numbers. They recycle numbers at PCGS, and that's how they keep track on the orders. A few of mine have done that also!
