Causing a bit of trouble--what are your thoughts?

Should PCGS allow a Basic Mercury Set, and then allow the same set plus the three varieties in the variety set? Or should each set have to be its own set of coins?
Just to let you know my point of veiw. I would like to see each set only used once. I don't see the point of having the same set listed, so I have listed mine to get the point across. It looks redundent to me.
Would you share your ideas?

I see your point, but I would think that coins should be used twice in such situations.
In too many cases, it would be impractical to have two sets....however, purists, go for it!!!

I didn't know it was everywhere, I thought it was just the Mercury Dimes. Oh, know wonder the number of sets has been on the rise so quickly, people are using the same coins to make multiple sets!
