Mercury Dime Sets?

Is it intentional that a Mercury Dime Set can be listed in both with and without varieties. I would think these should not be allowed. I just added my variety set into the basic set. I don't understand why these would be allowed. Your thoughts?

    A great basic set that also has varieties is still a great basic set. If you have the coins you can use them if as many different sets as makes sense. So you may have a great Mercury dime collection and also use your best one for your 20th Century type set. We don't want to force you to buy two great Mercury dimes, duplicating what you already own.
