Some newps for me (SLQ and Barber 10)

Technically, these aren't newps since I bought them in Charlotte at the ANA show. But I just picked them up from the post office (submitted them to NGC). So it's the first time I've seen them since March 20. Thought I'd share.

By the way, that thing that looks like a scratch on the reverse of the dime is on the holder.

Those are some very nice coins... congrats on what must have been great buys!

Yeah, there are a couple light hairline scratches on the holder. The angle of the light makes it really show up. These were good buys. But not so much from my bargaining as from being smart. The quarter is Au-55. It looks very close to a MS-62, but cost 1/3. The dime is MS62, but looks nearly 63. Because it is a common date and all, cost was very affordable. Why should we spend so much for something that marginally looks better?

Thanks, guys! What's interesting is that there appears to be a die clash on the obv and rev of the dime, but it doesn't look like the mirror image upside down of the reverse. Not sure what it is. But you can see the outlines around the face. It's much bolder in person. Any ideas?
