OT - what are the lowest, and best, web hosting companies?

Thinking about hosting a webpage. What are the monthly costs you pay? Right now, I pay $12.95/month with free Domain name registration. What is the cheapest, and the company? Plus, are they reliable? Thanks!

    It depends on exactly what you need in the host... pair.com in inexpensive, and I've found their staff to be very helpful.

    www.brinkster.com is one of the best. And they have .net installed so you can do real coding. They also have options for web sites ranging from free to not a bad price at all.
