I think this the same coin somewhat else introduced in a thread here approx 2 weeks ago. I remember the discussion was interesting on AT potential and then others saying definitely not AT. One said that it seemed like other similarly coming onto the market around same time. But come to think of it if someone did find an old bunch funkly stored, you would have more than one possibly coming out similar toning?

for me i just do not know on this coin but i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it looks real and if so then it is really rare looks bag toned if so a definate one in a million coin especially so for a peace dollar but then there would be more similar to this coin if it came out of a bag

but if geninue at this price then this coin is almost approximately 32 times bid

seems like a bit much to me and maybe it is not but if this coin is worth 32 times bid then there are currently many 19 th century proof and ms type coins just as rare if not rarer and totally original monster toned coins that are incredible bargains

but i guess it is a product of demand demand demand

and i have seen a monster toned proof three cent nickel
with much better toning
and just as rare if not rarer then this peace doll
ar that is bid at maybe around 1100.00 and would be an incredible buy at around 2100.00 and could be sold for this today easy if not for more!
