Can't Attach My Photo's---HELP

I'm having trouble attaching photo's to my CC Morgan collection. I e-mailed PCGS and after they tried we still can't get them loaded. Any suggestions? My files are less than 50k, I've renamed the files, tried jpeg, bit, pic, you name it...nothing works. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My photos would not load at first either. I figured out that if any word, letter or number was used
    with the photo it would not load. For example, I have a 1946-S Roosevelt labeled as 46S obv , It
    would not load but when I deleted the heading "46S obv" and left it blank it loaded just fine. See
    if this works for you. Instead of renaming the file unname it.

    If I remember correctly it was Gayle. I think. I deleted my emails from her.
