Modern (1954) proof with cuds -- collectible or a dud?

A PCGS PR-67 1954 Roosevelt I ordered arrived today and the obverse die obviously was on its last legs. The fields have the orange peel effect and there are scattered die cuds of varying severity along the rim from 7 o'clock to about 12 o'clock. It's sure not a 67 in my book, but interesting from the fact I never recall seeing cuds like this on proof coinage and I wonder if it is scarce as such. Should I hang onto it or return it? Is this coin worth a premium to error collectors? I am conversant on RPMs and doubled dies, but do not know a lot about cuds. Thanks for any advice

The Ludlow Brilliant Collection (1938-64)
common in this sort of shape and this, no doubt, is true for your coin also.
The interest would likely depend on how dramatic it is. It may be difficult to
actually find the collector, but any major error dealer would have at least
some interest.
