It has been almost a month since the new 'rules' have been in place - new fee schedule, minimum number of coins, presidential review, etc...have they been as successful as you would have hoped?

Mark...So far so good...we'll still implementing some of the changes. And we're working out the kinks in the Presidential Review and other personal services so that they can get really efficient.
