How's this for a fingerprinted Morgan?

Dog97Dog97 Posts: 7,874 ✭✭✭
I would really rather have one with more defined whorls & swirls but this will have to do as filler in the meantime. On a positive note at least the left ½ of the coin is totally skin grease. imageText Anybody else have any printed coins?
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

I had a beautiful 1954 Lincoln Proof that had one, when it came back from PCGS.I sent it back and Mr Hall reviewed it.He offered to make it right, which IMHO he has done honorably.I'll post the details at a later time.

stman mumbling under his breath.. ( darn Morgan expert knocks everybody's printed coins, tells people not to buy them then has a registry set full of them)....... Oh hey Big Dog, didn't know you was there. Cool coin should have named it Zorro. I see your NGC Registry set is coming along just fine. I know you search hard for the right ones. Keep up the good work man, and please keep us informed how your search is going. Nice catch!!!!!

So why do you think I always tell collectors to avoid them? image

Cool prints in this thread. Yeah yours is ugly all right, Russ! Yours has better colors so mine still beats yours.
The 80S Lorri posted is a knockout though! Wowser of a print-beats mine hands down. Umm...greasy thumbs down I mean.

You mean so you can have them for yourself? And all this time I thought you were being "astute" and spotting even a faint print, telling people not to buy them and it's ugly...... And then when they would bow out or sell their printed Morgan, only for Dog to come snipe it. Got to hand it to you. You're a sly Dog.

for me all unusual coins and an even greater thread!

if you want to see a neat fingerprinted coin proof lib nickel with super liquid deep mirrors and cameo

i posted one on the ngccoin.com boards under the us coin forums

but i cant post the coin here as the file is too big but you can see it and the detailed description on there

i think the coin is too large in its format to post on here

    sincerely michael
