I turn on the icon upload every month on the 15th from approximately 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific time.
The icon size must be no more than 100x100 and less than 10k for the system to handle.
If you need help with sizing an icon ask for help, many of our forum members are very generous with their time and talents in this area.
When the feature is turned on go to the Profile area and you will see the option to add your own icon.
Once the feature is turned off I will need some time look over the new icons and remove any inappropriate ones and then I will replicate all the new icons to each server.
