What is so special about these specific coins [listed; in body of messege]

I've seen some interesting trends in coins since i got back in the hobby 4 years ago, some coins and or series have done well, while many others are at or near post slabbing lows.

What i'd like to know is what's so special about some of the coins that during at least part of the last 4 years have done so well ?

1. Whats so special about type date morgan dollars with monster color now that wasn't so special 4 years ago?

2. Whats so special abou 1932 D washington quarters in the grade of 64 that makes it worth at least 4k ?

3. Whats so special about high grade peace dollars ?

4. Whats so special about high grade proof dcam lincolns ???????????

5. Whats so special about proof buffalo nickles ?

6. Whats so special about 2 and one half dollar gold indians graded 65 and higher?

I will offer my biased opionion's on these after i hear yours. Les
The President claims he didn't lie about taxes for those earning less then $250,000 a year with public mandated health insurance yet his own justice department has said they will use the right of the government to tax when the states appeals go to court.

People want them. Whatever the reason. "Worth" 101. K

It is not just worth and value -> it is that people have to pay more to pry out of hands of people that have them now. In other words the people that have them now need more incentive ($$$) to let those coins go.

Les, you have seen the same thing with the Minneapolis real estate market over the last 4 years.
