Heritage consignment sales

I notice that Heritage sells quite a bit on consignment. I'm bidding on some raw items and was wondering if Heritage guarentees the items they sell on consignment. I'm sure I could look it up on their sight, but hey, that wouldn't be much fun. Also, does Heritage turn down consignments?
