Fugly is right!! Looks to me like he gave it a chemical dip and didn't get it rinsed off completely. It's so unnatural, he ought to be giving this monster a name -- Frankenstein!

While "natural" toning is certainly gaining popularity, I have found that at coin generally don't sell, or don't sell for close to what is considered "natural" or "market acceptable" toning.
Certainly the at stuff can look pretty and sometimes gets bid up, but with at stuff and can be the case with some natural stuff, you never know what is going to happen with the toning ie, the toning could change from the vibrant blue and purple color to black.

I would estimate its value at a quarter.
I thought this guy was going to get some of his work into a PCGS slab then show us all how "natural" his coins are...
