  • The latest bid/ask for 1999 Silver Proof Sets is 140/149. 150 is an OK price to pay.

A 1999 silver proof set? Well that would be an ok buy I guess. They are retailing in that neighborhood. The next numismatic purchase I would make would be the Redbook. About 11 dollars in proof and uncirculated varieties. Start small, and buy what you like and what interest you. They don't have to cost big bucks to be cool coins.
