HOW do you guys who put your own pictures in your author icons do it?

I....think........I've looked everywhere. Any help appreciated.

    Larry:

    I only open this function on the 15th of each month from approximately 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific time.
    The next time you can load a new icon will be on May 15th.

    The icon bust by no more than 10k and 100x100 for the system to accept it. If you need help in sizing, I'm sure there are many here who would be willing to help you.
