Damn, now I got to dig out all those boxes of 1996 mint sets that I have stashed and take a close look at the W-dimes.
How long you think pop-1 is gioing to last? Those 160 already slabbed and a ton of others could come back in a flash for the full torch designation. In my opinion the majority of those W's will have full torches, people just haven't sent them in because they weren't worth the slab fee.
I certainly wouldn't buy the first one considering the FB designation has just begun.
Lets see where yours' goes.

I'm sure there will be more, but will they also get the MS68 grade? After looking at mine before sending them in, I knew the majority of them wouldn't grade very high. They almost look like the Mint took them out of circulation, then put them in the nice little heat-sealed cello-wraps.
