(what i would do if i had silver bars as small as you do) bring it to a local jewellery shop, they'll likely buy it for melt so they can make silver charms from it. i have a friend who owns a jewelery shop who would do this and as i have also been wanting to get rid of some silver i wish i couldsell some to him, but he only wants it in quantities of 25 oz. or less, oh well.
hope you can find someone locally. if not, i'll make an offer.

24 Grains = 1 penny weight
20 penny weight=1 troy OZ.
480 grains = 1 troy OZ.
12 troy OZ's = 1 troy pound
1 troy OZ =31.104 grams
1 penny weight =1.552 grams
