RPM 69 proof quarter?? Help!!

going through a '69 proof set I just received from an auction win, I saw that the mint mark on the quarter was "fuzzy" looking. Under 10x on my stereoscope, (thank-you Gilbert!!) I saw what looked like a RPM of the 'S'. Looking closer, and then switching to 30x to verify that my eyes weren't whacked, I saw another 'S' above and slightly NE to the main MM. Does anyone have any knowledge of a triple RPM? (or is it one punch and two repunch??
)
