RPM 69 proof quarter?? Help!!

going through a '69 proof set I just received from an auction win, I saw that the mint mark on the quarter was "fuzzy" looking. Under 10x on my stereoscope, (thank-you Gilbert!!) I saw what looked like a RPM of the 'S'. Looking closer, and then switching to 30x to verify that my eyes weren't whacked, I saw another 'S' above and slightly NE to the main MM. Does anyone have any knowledge of a triple RPM? (or is it one punch and two repunch??image )

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Thanks Spinynorman!!! I wish I had a cam hook up for my scope in order to let everyone see it. image I also noted what appeared (to me at least) some doubling of IGWT, although that seemed more to be the "machine or strike" doubling as some call it, since it is flat in nature and not rounded like true DDs. I had Cherrypickers Vol 1, but can't find one that deals with the larger denomination coins.
