I'm starting to get a few Jefferson's, and as I know diddly about them, is this a good one?

Looks like a normal DCAM proof- coins this recent should be DCAM, and the only problem would be marks, but that can't be judged from the scan (to determine 67-70, hopefully not below 67 !)
