A bit off topic - printing an online submission form

When I print an online submission form, the page break splits the list of submissions in two pieces. It is ugly, but also seems to increase the chance of human error at PCGS in processing.
If I use the smallest font, and reduce margins to a minimum, I can get 13 submission lines on page one.
Does anyone know how to get around this problem? I would like to get all 20 lines on one page.

I print mine from Netscape 7 instead of IE because it comes out much better looking, the entry cells are larger, and the pages break better.
