2002 SAC rolls

Geesh, what happened to the prices of 2002 US Mint rolls of Sac dollars? In January I was kicking myself for busting a roll open, and unless I was dreaming the prices have fallen by about 1/2 since then.

Any theories?

    For one thing the quality $ucked.....I had a bag and every freakin' one was spotted with some
    kind of funk....what a rip!
