In 1968 the S was put on the penny. My question is, are all S mint mark pennies after 1968 proofs ?
Thanks
Walt

Nope. I believe 1974 was the last business strike S mint cent.

Ken, I take it this response is exclusively for Lincolns cents? If not, right off the top of my head, there are business strike SBAs from San Fran.
