Looks like a decent shot, the trick is the reverse. Ask for the reverse of the set pic, and if it is the same, it is worth a shot. Specially since the quarter looks like a shot.

I'm refering to the obverse only, since you didn't provide a picture of the reverse. The dime will make Cameo, though it wouldn't bring the price of the slab. The quarter is a DCAM. It is a push at PR-68 and a profitable coin in PR-69 DCAM.
The light plays tricks as well - Penny and nickel could go CAM
You need to realize you need BOTH obverse and reverse to get designation - the quarter looks DCAM obverse but if nothing on reverse than NO designation of any kind except PR68
