Extremely Positive E-Bay Experience with Telecoin

Many of you may have seen my thread on the Registry Forum expressing my pleasure over buying a coin at a nice e-bay BIN price from Telecoin (James Windsor). Link to thread. He went two steps further after the auction closed:
1. He refunded $2 of the shipping charge, saying the $5 quoted in the auction was too high. When's the last time anyone had a seller do this?
2. In the thread linked above, I posted "So much for the good deal" and provided to a comparable coin that sold $18 lower. I know posts don't display emotion well, but I was by no means dissatisfied with my purchase at the higher price. Well, Telecoin saw my comment and refunded me $20, making my deal better than the lower priced one.
My hat's off to James for both these actions.
