    While there have been some high quality "Registry" quality coins listed, there have also been more links to Ebay sales (supposedly a no-no here) as well as many not-so-high quality coins. This forum is, sadly, becoming more and more like the Buy, Sell & Trade one.

    I have no opinion to share on selling and linking or other aspects of
    the operation of this particular forum. But I've always enjoyed reading
    and occasionally responding on it and have never enjoyed it more. There
    has been more activity on it recently at least in the number of threads if
    not in total number of posts.

    I still don't have DSL so will sometimes have to skip some great threads
    because of load-up times.

    ManOfCoins- You're not wrong and feel free to openly discuss/post and offer (directly or the eBay route) your top quality Washingtons.

    Ocassionally you'll need to brush aside a nat that'll buzz in front of your face, but otherwise this Forum is set up to accept what it is you have to offer, and gladly.

    I am with "coinguy1" it seems like a buy sell type thing to me..even the title of this thread is just a push to promote coin sales..maybe wondercoin could just send a private msg to the "member" he feels would be interested..dont get me wrong ....i have done biz with wondercoin..he is a great guy..but i personally dont feel this is the place to hawk your wares..

    IMHO, THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO HAWK YOUR PCGS REGISTRY WARES, ESPECIALLY 20TH CENTURY "WARES"!! image I PERSONALLY SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY JUST IN THE PAST 2 DAYS BUYING GREAT "MODERN" "WARES" from board members who were "hawking" away. Keep them coming!!

    On the contrary to the belief that B/S/T is the only place to list coins, if they are Registry set material, then I dont mind seeing a few threads about some interesting REGISTRY coins.

    The trick is to keep out the no so great coins and make it a free for all.

    Ps. If it's sold here, the price doesn't include a bunch of unncessary costs of selling, I would assume, making the deals here better, if not best.

    I have seen much better deals on the BST board. Of course, that is where most people place things for sale. Ever wonder why the respected dealers who post to these message boards do not post things for sale on this board? There is a reason.

    Mark: The better question should be why a dealer becomes "respected" only if he peddles his wares on a BST MESSAGE BOARD, but not a PCGS Set Registry Forum MESSAGE BOARD which accepts such offerings and has from its inception? But, for the sake of the other members who are begging that this issue be dropped, let's not go there. image Wondercoin

    Where is it implied that you become respected by using the BST board? Where is it even stated that respected dealers use any of these forums for selling? Must have read more into my post than was written. I see you now put your ebay links on this forum, so I guess that should be no problem either. No wonder no one uses this board anymore!
