What magnification is used when coins get graded?

Nice simple question that has been bugging me. I'm really new to this, and I have about 400 coins that I've been going through to see which are even worth to send off to get graded. What x magnification are the coins graded with?

For most, no magnification at all. For some, 5X, for a very few, 10X.

The best magnification to use according to the ANA grading video tape is a 5x triplet.

The vast majority do not need it. But 5x is necessary sometimes. And for those with poorer vision, 5x is good. You want a triplet lens. It makes a world of difference.
