The Red Book also lists 43P, 3 over 2, and Doubled eye, as well as a 45P Doubled die reverse.

I asked HomeRunHall about it a few weeks ago and it seemed like another way for them to get more submissions so I am sure they will sometime.
Most uncirculated sets go for around $50 - so nice buy or if circulated they go for around $10-15
