The blue is too blue, the splotchs are too splotchy and the white area in front of Liberty's forehead suggest it has been subject to some kind of liquid for either cleaning or toning so added all together I say AT also.

I concur it is AT all the way. Unfortunately I bought an 1883 in a PCGS 64 holder on ebay about three weeks ago. When it came in it looked just like that color wise. A late model holder as well. And some people think there are no AT coins in a PCGS, NGC or ANACS coin. All three services have significent numbers of AT coins in their holders. There is no substitute for examining as many color coins as you can in person. This is helpful in knowing what is real and what is not.
