Care to take a guess at this one?

Picture this, my aunt stored away some 63 and 64 washington quarters some 40 years ago. Put $25 dollars in quarters into mint bag and stashed them in the basement, on a shelf under a window. When it rains the window leaks, drip, drip, drip on the canvas bag. She is going to give them to me tomorrow. What do you think the coins will look like? I and she live in the Chicago area!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    All AT because they were placed somewhere where the element could get to them.image

    Really now, some could be complete garbage and others could be complete stunners. Keep us posted as to the condition when you get them.

    One of the fugly fungus covered green coins!

    I'll take that. After all, its silver...........Ken (a long soak in mustard will do the trick)
