Is it permissible to send a group of coins in one shipment as long as they are clearly marked and sent in on multiple invoices?
Example - 15 coins shipped in one box to PCGS (all at the regular level)
5 - regrades (invoice #1)
5 - crossovers (invoice #2)
5 - raw in flips (invoice #3)

Yes, you can multiple invoices in one package to PCGS. Once the package is opened, all three invoices will be processed independently of each other.
