third party?

How can PCGS be third party grading when David Hall sells pcgs graded coins? is that not a conflict of interest? Those who want to be thought provoking please reply. Kiss asses need not reply.

    What makes you think that HRH grades his own submissions? If he doesn't, where's the conflict of interest?

    Mr Hall stated here once that he doesn't get coins graded, he buys em after they are graded. I've never seen any reason not to believe him.

  • what about the 50 coins he bought off the floor in NGC holders that he walked into the grading room and asked them what they could do for him. How quickly we forget about that one? He had the highest crossover rate in the last couple of years.
