How much silver in a 1942-P Jefferson Nickel?

Does anybody know the actual amount of silver (in troy ounces) that is in a single Jefferson War Nickel 1942-P? I know the composition is 35% silver. But how does that translate into silver (in ounces) per coin? I appreciate any info. Thank you.

According to Redbook......

.560 copper, .350 silver, .090 manganese............

net wt .05626 oz pure silver.
