Are a lot of NCS "curated" coins hitting the market?

Is it just my imagination, or are there a lot of very white classic commems hitting the market in NGC slabs? They seem to have a distinctive look -- usually high grade, but very white, and very, very sterile.

Heck, I got a catalog from Teletrade touting their Teletrade April NCS-Collector Internet Auction in which they "proudly" present NCS only graded coins. I'm sure the bidding will be furious.

To each his own but the NCS coins I've seen are indeed sterile and unnatural, regardless of how bad they were before they're still treated as wholesale quality material around here.
