...that has his post moved because it was off topic but every other Tom, Dick, and Harry can talk about any OT subject they want. Geez, my post was about reaching 200 hundred posts and considering I actually work and not post all day I thought it was quite an accomplishment. Obviously, CU does not embrace the growing knowledge of its customers.

I thought I had a lock on being "transferred" to the open forum. I rather have my post deleted then go over there; it's hazardous.

I think it depends on who is doing the policing at the time. "Webmaster" rules with an iron fist. Others are a bit more liberal, or so that's what I noticed when I fell victim.

Well I love the way they function too. Much akin to the BOFH. If you remember that series. I can honestly say as a administrator I have performed some harsh actions but, come on, I was mearly celebrating. Now others are telling me this is not an isolated thing. So there ya.

Yeah, I had my first moved one a few days ago. I was so depressed, I refused to eat and couldn't get out of bed for a couple days.

You are too funny. On the coin forum I'm pretty much it.
Moving threads is a judgment call.
Did I see it? Did I get complaints? Is there any redeeming qualities to leave it here, (even those off topic) versus moving or deleting it.
This one is off topic so do I move it? Probably not since it does cover why topics are moved from this forum. Although I'm sure that I will get a few messages that it doesn't belong here.
