What would you do?

I bought a $36 coin from an Ebay seller with over 2000 feedback. Instead of checkout, they directed me to their own secure website to pay by Credit Card.

I received the coin, and am happy with it.

Now, 6 weeks later, they have not charged my credit card. They have neither emailed nor left feedback.

Should I contact them? If you were the seller, would your answer be different?image

Do the right thing - contact them and inquire as to why the charge hasn't posted to your bill - it might be hung up in their system only to bill as soon as it gets posted. If you tell them that they didn't charge you - they might charge you again if they already did, and you'll wind up with a $72 coin.

  • Call the people. Everyone makes mistakes. Do the right thing....Ken
  • I agree with the others.Do the right thing by calling/emailing the seller. If, after 2 or 3 tries, nothing happens, save hard copies of your emails and let it rest. You'll feel better for it.
You're obviously an honest person who won't rest 'til the issue's settled so do your best, then drop it. Twowood image

Well I emailed them and a few days later got a response. They weren't real concerned. I think I would be if I had

a payment website that lost payments!
