Do you have a lawyer in-house or one on retainer? This question you may need to check before answering. What legal restrictions are placed on using PCGS logos in advertisements? There is a eBay seller who made a logo similar to yours and also has PCGS logo as part of auction. eBay auction seller toddrcoins and sample auction 3018596859.

    We do have a lawyer semi-in house, Armen Vartian...who is also the PNG counsel, and wrote a book on collectibles and the law (check Amazon, it's a really good book.) I believe Armen knows more about collectibles and the law than anyone else on the planet.

    Appreciate the heads up on the eBay guy, I'll check it out. We take a dim view of people using our logo in a deceptive way...we do allow PCGS dealers to use our logo in certain ways that help them.
