Platinum Proof Errors

Well here goes! I am not sure how this even works, but I guess I'll try not to make a fool of myself?
That's not hard to do. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has come across a Proof Platinum error, U.S. Statue of Liberty? I would look forward to any input regarding this topic. I have just received my 2002-W $50 Proof Platinum coin, from PCGS, Slabbed and Graded, a Mint Error PR69DCAM. The real kicker, is its one of 2, that I received from the U.S. Mint, and will be submitting the 2nd one, now I have the first one in hand. Please excuse my, excitement, and please believe me, I am grateful as....... for this unbelievable overlook by the U.S Mint's QC. I spoke with public affairs, and the person agreed, this is very unusual, for the Premier Collectables of the U.S. Mint, not to catch just 1, but 2 together, of these
Historic , rare, and lowest minted coins, ever produced in Modern day times. Thank you, for reading, if it does in fact get posted?
