Need help from scanner to printer!!!!!!!

I can scan into paperport but,I can not scan a document from the scanner to the printer.I was making copies of 1040 IRS form. The paper from the printer comes out with white,black and grey lines.Would any of our members know the problem? I will appreciate any help you can give.Thank you

Did you scan to disk, and then print from disk to scanner?

MadMonk:I go to the HP Scanner Software then chick on Scan Jet Copy Utility then the printer Page comes up.And thats it.This is the way I've been doing it for years. Maybe the IRS forms did it????? Thanks for the reply..

Try processing the document as a picture file rather than a text file.

If those solutions haven't worked, it sounds like your scanner isn't recognizing your printer; have you configured (selected) your printer through your scanner software. Your "Scan to" options should have your printer listed. If all else fails, reinstall your scanner software.
