How can this be?

Last night i tried to register a card in the T207 set and a page came up that said i couldn't enter that card in my set becouse it was in someone elses set but here is the weird thing, there are no other T207 sets registered!?image So i sent an email to the email address: setregistry@collectors.com and i ask if someone could clear this up but i haven't received a reply. Should i send another email to that address or is there someone else i need to email? Any info would help.

Thanks.
Paul.

    SUPERPUNK813...

    Hey Paul...

The card might be registered to a different "kind" of set.

    Player set...

    Team set...

    Cards that are purple set...

    etc..

Gayle at CU will set things right for 'ya.

    Happy collecting!!!

Be patient. You should get a reply tomorrow. Unfortunately, a lot of cards that are sold on ebay, dealer's websites, and elsewhere remain registered in other's sets. Sometimes the seller does not even know that a previous owner has it registered. Since you say there are no currently registered sets (I didn't check), is it possible that the card may fall under another set? Perhaps a Hall of Fame set or a Player Set etc. ? I have received an abnormal amount of cards lately that are still registered under someone else's sets. Gayle (and most recently Cosetta Robbins) have been wonderful in helping me out. Just be patient as I'm sure they receive 100 or more similar emails each day.

  • I cant find any sets this card could be registered in. It's a common card, T207 Otis Crandall PSA 7. I have attached a scan.

That is a pretty freaking amazing card for the T207 set. Nice pickup.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • mikeschmidt- thanks

According to BJ, PSA had e-mail issues at the end of last week and weekend.
