Remember the PO lines for tomorrow...

For all who complain about long lines, just remember what tomorrow is... and don't go to the PO if not necessary

I was at the post office this morning. When I first got there, I was the only one in line. I'd guess that I'll be the only one in line when I arrive tomorrow morning also.

Of course, I get there before they open.

It already started today.
I had promised to send packages today so went to the PO this morning. A dozen or so in line so gave that up to do some other errands. Went back at 3 pm and there were 14 in line with 3 stations out of 4 open.
Tomorrow will be a total mess.
Couple of years ago, I actually saw a guy standing at the island filling out his tax form so he could mail it.

Waited 20 minutes, number 7 in line. One of 3 windows open. When I walked out I lost count at 22 in line.

I was mailing tax forms but about half were mailing packages, many going to APO addresses!!

Took my coins to post office today. Nobody in line when I got there. When I left there were 12 people waiting in line behind me. Talk about good timing..............Ken

I went yesterday (Monday) and the line was out the door, so I turned right around and left. Didn't even consider going today. Got an 1885-S Seated Dime waiting for me there - hopefully tomorrow...

Once again, I was the first one there. During the seven or eight minutes I was at the counter, the line grew to about 15 people and more coming through the door as I left.
