Are the freebies for 90-pct sets regular or economy submissions?

I have seven free gradings coming and have forgotten whether the freebies are regular or economy.I want to say regular -- let's hope so -- but I do not recall since I typically have included them with other coins as part of an economy submission. But, with the economy turnaround time, I am more than willing to send the freebies by themselves if they are handled as a regular submission. Thanks... image
