Free grading coin for the quarter question.

Do the coins sent for the free grading have to be raw or can it be in a pcgs holder and regraded?

If you are referring to the 4 free submissions you receive with Collectors Club membership the answer is yes, but all 4 coins sent in must be regrade.
If you are referring to the Collectors Club Quarterly Coin the answer is yes as well.
