How old is this slab?

It's a PCI slab. I don't know anything about it, rare? common? any help would be appreciated.

    Fairly common. Vintage PCI with photocertificate. I had an Irish halfcrown in one, but cracked it out to put it in my album.

    I'll defer to conder or someone with more precise knowledge for the full story.

    I've had one with a Franklin Press Token in it. Took it out and and had it graded by PCGS. It came back 2 grades higher. It was a pleasant surprise to me!!!

    A blast from the past. I remember those slabs. Many were very conseravitely graded.
