Another letter to Heritage!!! update

I have called them, I have emailed them, I need a better scanned image of a coin. They cannot seem to get back to me. Has this happened to anyone else.

    I've found in the auctions I won from Heritage that the coin has always been much nicer than the scan...

    I was contacted by a Heritage rep who will help me out on Monday. Many thanks to this individual and to the other PM I got from a Board member.

    My experience with coins in Heritage sales was that they were always much worse than the scans... to the point that I quickly decided I would not bid on any coin in a Heritage sale unless I physically saw it first.
    When in doubt, don't.
