WOWSA! Okay, which one of you guys just made a PR68 DEEP CAMEO Accented Hair!?

Oh yeah, it's me!

1 21257843 1964 50C Accented Hair PR65DC

POP 8/0!

Anybody who's spent any time hunting the Accented Hair knows they are tough in high grade, and very tough in high grade Cameo. They are exponentially more difficult in Deep Cameo.
In the past year, only four new Deep Cameos have been made by PCGS in any grade. Half of that is this submission.
Life is good!!!!!

careful Russ, there are probably some members who would oblige!!!
i have said from the beginning that you were an asset to the hobby because of the approach you took towards learning to grade the particular area that interested you and your enthusiasm for what you were doing. it's paid off in the past and continues to pay off with this submission.
i wish i had some links to your early grade experiments as you were learning how PCGS graders evaluated the coins you submitted-------over and over again!! some scoffed, some gave good natured ridicule and others advised while they sat back and watched you learn. if you can find some of those threads, they might give a good plan for newcomers to follow.
thanks for the assistance you've given to me. you're a winner!!

Hehe, considering how many times I blew it BAD in the beginning, I hope the database ate the threads!

It could... but it didn't.
The home boy scores! I think you'll need one more firearm for security around the fort now, Russ. A mean dog might be in order too. Maybe a couple more locks.
I am very happy for you. Truly. You earned this one!
Buwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
Carl
I can't blame him for keeping it in a velvet-lined pouch.
Stunning acheivement there Bub.
We'll use our hands and hearts and if we must we'll use our heads.

Just so you know, I made pop 7 on that one, and it was not as near nice as that one, almost a gift grade if you ask me, and I sold that wholesale for $5k, so you made a real score.
