Received this raw kennedy today and it has raised bumps all over it. The rev. has some too. Is Kennedy Sick? Or did someone give him a bath in something?

I don't think it happened at the mint. It looks like it was stored with other coins or metal in an environment exposed to corrosive chemicals.
