Must coins sent for coin of the quarter free grading..

be raw or can they be regrades?
Reason I ask is I have a cc morgan I would like to send in because I think it probably would get a pl designation but currently dosen't on the pcgs slab.
I really don't want to crack it out and risk it getting body bagged for some reason like other coins that I have cracked out.

Placid: I know the freebies for 90-pct complete sets can consist of raws, regrades or crossovers ... so, I would not think the free quarterly would be any different. But, that is not a definitive answer. BJ or Carol, I'm sure could tell you if they notice this thread or you can find a thread with them on it so you can PM.
