I was just looking through my last years submission to PCGS

I have recieved:

78....PF or MS 69
3.....PF or MS 68
2.....PF or MS 67
1 Pf66

NO PF or MS 70, but they do seem to exist, mostly from David Hall. Why no 70's, maybe I don't have the correct connections for the coveted MS or PF 70.
All this on top of the Body Bagged 1891 Morgan for cleaning which was a former NGC MS63, PCI MS63, ANACS MS63, but PCGS saw cleaning. I have since sent it to ANACS and again got a MS 63 on it.
This GAME needs to end!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE between a 69 and a 70? WHO SUBMITED IT?
Out of 78 69's there must have been ONE 70, but evidentally I didn't pay for it!
Why do the same big dealers keep getting the "70" while no one else is afforded the same grade?
Why don't we all agree there is nothing as a MS or PF 70 unless you are a "FAVORED SON" of the grading company and do away with the 70 grade?
78 69's and NO 70's? What is the difference???????????????

You need to send about 357,625 more coins to PCGS to get that one pf-70, just a guess on my part.imageimage
A dealer once asked me if I noticed any three-legged buffalos on the bourse,to which I replied,"...no,but I saw alot of two-legged jackasses..."
  • OK, wise guy, lets find out.
HOW MANY REGULAR, COMMON EVERYDAY COLLECTORS HERE HAVE EVER GOTTEN A MS70 FROM PCGS?

David Hall posted he thinks .5% to 1% of modern proofs are 70.

So if you buy 16-116 more proofs from the mint and submit them, you have a statistical chance of getting one 70.
